When you compare Cab9 and Cabsoluit, you need answers to three questions: What will the full setup cost? How will your team use it? What happens if you switch?
Both platforms handle bookings, driver allocation and corporate accounts. The differences become clearer when you look at specific features, package details and support terms.
Let’s compare their published information and the tasks worth testing yourself.

Pricing and Contracts: What Will You Pay?
Cabsoluit’s pricing page lists Starter at £30/month for one car, Growth at £100 for up to 10 cars, and Pro at £350 for up to 50.
PAYG lists driver apps, Cabsoluit branding and no upfront charge. The Complete Solution lists branded passenger and driver apps with an upfront charge. Cabsoluit also advertises PAYG without long-term contracts.
Cab9’s reviewed product pages do not list a standard monthly subscription or contract term. Request these in your proposal.
For example, Cabsoluit’s Growth subscription totals £1,200 over 12 months. That figure covers the listed subscription, not every possible charge. Ask Cab9 to price the same 10-car setup.
For both quotes, separate subscription fees from setup, training, messaging, payment processing and extra modules. Confirm VAT, renewal terms and cancellation notice. Also ask how adding or removing vehicles affects the bill.
How Do Their Daily Dispatch Features Compare?
1. Taking Bookings

Cab9’s phone integration brings up customer details and previous journeys when a call arrives.
Cabsoluit’s WhatsApp chatbot handles bookings, fare enquiries and trip updates. Requests needing human help pass to the admin portal.
Both also offer web and app booking options. In a demo, follow a booking into dispatch and count how many details your team must enter again.
2. Assigning Jobs and Supporting Drivers
Cab9 provides configurable allocation rules and job bidding. Cabsoluit offers automatic allocation and pre-assigned trips that drivers can accept ahead of time. Both provide driver earnings information.
Ask each provider to demonstrate a declined job. Check how the dispatcher sees it, assigns another driver and updates the passenger.
3. Managing Corporate Accounts
Both platforms offer client booking portals, account-specific rates and invoicing.
Cab9’s client portal includes self-service invoicing. Cabsoluit’s corporate module generates invoices for completed journeys, with pickup, drop-off, time, vehicle and driver details.
Use the same agreed fare in both demos. Follow it from booking to invoice, including any waiting charge or extra stop.
4. Handling Recurring Journeys
Cab9’s repeat-booking tools let you select weekdays and an end date. Cabsoluit’s recurring-booking tools include templates and an exclusion calendar.
5. Managing Airport and Chauffeur Work
Cab9 publishes details of flight-arrival alerts and hourly or “as directed” bookings.
Cabsoluit’s airport page covers advance bookings, driver allocation and live vehicle tracking. It does not establish equivalent flight integration or hourly pricing, so confirm those features directly if you need them.
What About Partner Bookings and Integrations?
Cab9’s Workshare lets participating operators share jobs. Cab9 also supports external booking partners.
With either platform, confirm each booking partner and payment provider you use. If you currently receive Workshare jobs, establish how that work would reach you after a switch. Access cannot be assumed to transfer.
Support and Help with Switching

Cab9 provides general support Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time, with support for critical issues outside those hours.
At Cabsoluit, we provide 24/7 support, so your team can reach us beyond normal office hours. Our onboarding team helps you get the platform set up and ready to use.
We also provide guided data migration support to help you prepare for the move. Careful planning matters here: customer records, account rates and future bookings need attention before the changeover. Our role is to guide you through that process and support your team as you start using Cabsoluit.
Which Platform Fits Your Fleet?
Cab9’s Workshare, job bidding and specialist pricing may suit your fleet if those features are central to your daily work.
At Cabsoluit, we offer PAYG packages, WhatsApp booking and tools for managing recurring journeys. Our exclusion calendar lets you leave holidays and other dates without disrupting the remaining schedule.
The right choice depends on how your team works. Our 14-day trial gives you time to explore Cabsoluit and see how it fits your daily booking and dispatch needs before committing.
